This flat-profile unit delivers direct torque from a compact 111 mm frame, allowing installation in indexing tables, semiconductor handlers, or robotic joints where axial space is restricted. In an automation cell, it converts electrical power from a low-voltage drive into rotary motion that can be controlled through a closed loop for position, speed, or tension applications. Its pancake-style layout is particularly useful when the available mounting diameter is less restrictive than the permitted motor length.

At 25 °C, the motor produces a continuous shaft torque of 60 N-cm while operating at a rated speed of 3000 rpm. This operating point allows the motor to maintain steady output without exceeding the permissible winding temperature.
