Product Description

The S7720C-FBF2-F2 digital servo amplifier by Kollmorgen has a tightening torque of 3.5 Nm for its grounding bolt. This servo amplifier has a built-in fan with a protective grille for ventilation. The product uses shielded cables with 25 mm2 cross-section for lengths more than 0.5 m. This device supports the incorporation of an external brake resistor with a resistance of 10 Ohms. The unit behaves according to the settings done using the setup software. It must be disconnected from the mains supply when it is not in use. This amplifier has a response time of 1 ms for the first STO enable input and a response time of 2 ms for the second STO enable input.

The product has two separate outputs for the STO enable inputs. This device should be braked and the STO inputs must be separated from the time-delayed 24 VDC if a controlled braking is needed before using the STO function. The unit can be used in residential areas only after appropriate measures are taken to suppress interference.
