Product Description:

The SERVOSTAR-620 is classified as one of the advanced servo amplifiers actually an electronic device aimed at regulating the position of the motor used in harsh industrial processes- aimed at improving operational efficiency whilst at the same time enlarging safety shields. With respect to the RF interface, it has a lead loop resistance of 159.8 O/km and the maximum cable capacitance of 60nF/km which is mostly useful in long end applications. Moreover, the fuses that are used in the circuit which consumes a maximum of 4AT insulation is used. Also, a functional Pentium processor II or comparable is needed along with Windows color graphic system for use with network computers for monitoring and adjusting settings.

The other key design consideration on safety features is BTB/RTO contact that is to be connected in a series to the emergency off circuitry so that in case of any faults, the amplifier will be able to switch off safely. Reversing mode applicable for processes where the direction is alternated periodically is also provided by the inverter and ROD-interface for incremental position output is provided too. There is also a resolver /digital converter that changes angular resolvers continuous output signal onto its digital form ensuring better performance. The power contactor is a protective device that comprises containment, phase monitoring and provision of d integral breakout, while defining interference, ferrite rings (ring cores) in placing enhanced signal quality due to high EMI environments improves signal quality.

This is one of the leakages, and the amplifier does not allow its input noise to change in value with time, as can happen with changes in environmental temperature and the age of analog input devices. This also means that the amplifier includes elements like 120 ohm resistors rated for 1% metal film tolerance and 0.25 W power for precise signal handling.
