The model S20350-SRS by Kollmorgen solves industrial automation challenges i.e. controlling lower power applications. This servo drive unit comes with two configuration switches, S1 and S2, available at the top of module. The S20350 module comes with many advanced capabilities to aid machine design though its diagnostic capabilities. Advanced troubleshooting options like bus over-voltage and under-voltage detection, motor over temperature, and excessive motor current protection is provided in this model. This state-of-the-art device can detect control under-voltage. The S200 servo drive is equipped with an LED that shows live status of the module. The LED blind count one indicates no fault, while 2 denotes motor over temperature and 3 means drive under/over temperature. The hall fault can be identified if the LED blink count reaches 11. The motor may overheat in case of insufficient heat sinking from the mounting or keeps operating above continuous current rating. It is suited to be used with Danaher?s AKM servo motor series. The S200 model provides torque and velocity control as a standard feature. The factory option card add interfaces to additional motor feedback devices such as EnDat 2.1, EnDat 2.2, Comcoder, and 1Vpp Sin-Cos. The design of this servo drive unit by Kollmorgen is recognized by UL and CE marked. The original S200 servo drive have lead in its soldering. This device is equipped with RJ-45 connectors and SynqNet option card. Customers can choose from a wide range of power ratings and advanced technical features available.
