Designed for BDS and ACS drive systems, this unit converts three-phase mains power into a stable rail that feeds multiple servo amplifiers while managing regenerative energy. In automated machinery, it anchors the power section, allowing axis modules to focus on motor control while the supply handles inrush current, bus charging, and dynamic braking functions.

At the input, the supply accepts 230 VAC, and each phase can carry up to 20 A during normal operation. Internally, it charges a bulk capacitor bank rated at 0.00297 F; the 25 ms charging time limits delays after power-up. Once energized, the unit establishes a nominal main bus of 325 VDC, while a hysteresis band centered at 380 VDC and a maximum threshold of 390 VDC keep downstream drives within safe limits. External regeneration is permitted at the rated input voltage, allowing the resistor pack to dissipate returned energy during rapid deceleration.
