The PC842-001-F model is a single-axis brushless servo drive designed and manufactured by Kollmorgen to control the operation of the AC servo motor. The model is specially designed to take electrical power directly from the single-phase AC 120 – 155 V power source with 50 – 60 Hz of operating frequency. A 1.5 – 3 kVA of transformer is suggested for this unit and the input current requirement for this unit is 2.2 A. At 25 degree Celsius, the drive consumes the rated current of 5.3 A. The PC842 brushless servo drive comes in a standard design and provides high operational stability under extreme working conditions. The drive consumes the peak current of 5.3 A for 5 seconds. The ideal operating temperature range for PC842 drive is 0 to +40 degree Celsius, without derating and the maximum relative humidity range for this unit is 95%. The PC842 brushless servo drive comes with a J1 serial port to develop a connection with the PC and a J2 port is installed for connecting command I/O modules. The servo drive is suggested to be installed in the control cabinet of allowable protection.

The model PC842-001-F should be installed in the vertical direction of the flat surface and make sure that the installation place is free from dust and reactive elements.
