Kollmorgen MT308B1–R1C1 is one of the dynamic models in MTC Servo Motors series.
Powered by a three-phase 230V power supply, it runs at 3000 RPM but at a good steady speed for those applications that require high speed and stability. The MT308B1-R1C1 motor weighs just 4.79 pounds and is structurally robust while employing lightweight construction. Its operating current range is 5 to 16 AMPs, therefore giving it flexibility on different operating intensities. With a rated torque of 1.5 Nm and peak torque of 4.5 Nm, it shows that the motor can easily deal with sudden load increases. A highlight is the efficiency of the motor which operates at ≥ 92 percent efficiency at rated load thus saving on energy use and operational costs. Each unit can handle large power, and they take a maximum bus voltage of 320 VDC. With multi-turn features added into an absolute encoder, its position-tracking accuracy improves over its life in operation.
