The M.3000.0463 is a standalone smart drive produced by Kollmorgen within the MMC Standalone Smart Drives series. In automation systems, it governs torque, velocity, and position while exchanging feedback and commands through the same cabinet-mounted package.

This model accepts a single-phase or three-phase supply of 100-240 VAC at an industrial line frequency of 47-63 Hz. The front-end rectifier draws 18 A RMS under rated conditions and processes up to 4.0 kVA of apparent power before transferring energy to the internal DC bus. Continuous motor current is limited to 10 A, yet transient demands can be answered with a peak of 30 A for rapid acceleration. A 420 VDC overvoltage threshold disconnects the switching devices when regenerated energy raises the bus voltage beyond safe limits.
