Factory-terminated connectors and matched shielding simplify panel wiring, preserve signal fidelity over short distances, and reduce setup time. By placing all required conductors within one jacket, the cable also eliminates the need for loose, field-assembled leads and helps keep control enclosures organized.
At the controller end, the cable terminates in a 15-pin high-density male D-sub plug, while the drive side features a 26-pin high-density male D-sub connector. These high-density shells provide secure latching and occupy minimal panel space. Signal capacity is provided by a 26-conductor core, allowing separate routing of analog commands, digital enable signals, and reference grounds to limit crosstalk.
