Product Description:
The F1-95-FB4-A3-00-006000 is a servo motor hybrid cable produced by Kollmorgen within the Kollmorgen Servo Cables series. It carries phase power, brake supply, and encoder signals between a drive amplifier and a moving motor, making it an important component in coordinated multi-axis automation. The cable is intended for installation in energy chains or free-moving machine sections where frequent flexing, moderate travel lengths, and controlled temperatures must be accommodated without loss of electrical performance.
It is supplied in a factory-cut length of 6 m, allowing direct routing between midsize machines and control enclosures. The outer diameter is 10.5 mm, so standard 11 mm cable glands can be used for strain relief. Inside the jacket, 16 tinned copper conductors are arranged to separate the power, brake, and feedback circuits. The motor end terminates with an M23 SpeedTec circular connector, reducing wiring time through its quarter-turn locking collar. That connector houses 17 pins for the phase lines, encoder signals, and protective earth connection. With a linear mass of 0.128 kg per meter, the cable places a relatively light load on cable trays and energy chains.
In stationary installations, the cable can be bent to a minimum static radius of 42 mm. During continuous energy-chain operation, it tolerates a dynamic bend radius of 63 mm. Track-guided travel can reach linear speeds of 5 m/s while sustaining cycle accelerations of up to 3 m/s² without conductor fatigue. Where carriers are not installed, the assembly supports free-moving cable runs of up to 50 m. Service temperatures range from -15 °C to 70 °C, allowing the insulation to perform in chilled warehouses and warm production cells. The separate static and dynamic bend limits allow the cable to be routed according to whether a section remains fixed or moves repeatedly during machine operation.
