The F1-10-FB2-A2-00-002000 is a feedback cable manufactured by Kollmorgen within the Kollmorgen Servo Cables series. It links a resolver-equipped servo motor to its drive, carrying position data and excitation signals while also supplying low-current power through the same bundle. By providing a pre-terminated assembly matched to Kollmorgen drives and motors, the cable reduces installation time in industrial automation cells that rely on closed-loop motion control. Its design supports high-cycle axes in packaging, printing, and material-handling lines where precise feedback is required.
The cable houses 8 individually insulated conductors organized for resolver reference, sine, cosine, and shielded power lines. At the drive end, a male 15-pin D-Sub connector is molded at a 45° exit angle, giving clearance in tight cabinet layouts and relieving strain on the receptacle. The assembly is supplied in a factory-cut length of 2000 mm, supporting short-to-medium-distance routing between the motor and amplifier without intermediate junctions. A tough polyurethane jacket protects the cores from oils and abrasion, and electrical integrity is maintained across ambient temperatures from -15 to +70 °C. The resolver conductors are twisted and shielded to preserve signal fidelity over the full cable span.
The cable has a dynamic bend radius of 45 mm, allowing continuous motion in energy chains. A static installation can conform to corners with a radius of 30 mm without cracking the insulation. The circular profile measures 7.5 mm in outside diameter, so it fits common cable glands and conduit inserts.
