The assembly has an overall length of 3 m, providing enough reach for typical motor-to-cabinet runs while keeping capacitance low. A Hi-Flex jacket and stranded conductors allow the cable to withstand continuous movement in cable tracks without fatigue. Dynamic routing requires a minimum bend radius of 12 times the outer diameter, so cable guides must provide enough clearance to prevent conductor stress. At the drive end, a 15-pin high-density male D-Sub connector carries encoder, Hall sensor, and power lines in a compact shell.
