The DE-200624 servo cable is produced by Kollmorgen for the Kollmorgen Servo Cables series. Designed for stationary or drag-chain routing, the assembly links a compatible drive to its servomotor and carries motor phase power and brake control within one sheath. This combined arrangement simplifies cable routing and reduces the number of separate connections required between the control cabinet and the motor. It also allows the drive to supply motor power and control the holding brake without separate auxiliary wiring. The cable is intended for automated machinery where compact installation and resistance to electrical interference are important.

Inside the polyurethane jacket, the conductor arrangement is 4 × 4 mm² + 2 × 1 mm². The four larger insulated copper conductors carry motor phase current, while the two smaller conductors form a separate pair for brake control. This arrangement allows the drive to energize or release the holding brake independently of the motor phase supply. The conductor sizes help limit voltage drop over typical axis cable lengths while accommodating continuous current and short peak loads from the drive. A foil-and-braid shield provides 100% circumferential coverage, reducing electromagnetic emissions and limiting interference with nearby feedback and control wiring. The shared outer sheath keeps the phase and brake conductors together while maintaining separation between their electrical functions.

The cable is supplied in a fixed length of 5 m, allowing it to reach motors installed at moderate distances from the drive cabinet without field splicing. At the drive end, the sheath terminates in a Power Combicon plug with keyed insertion and screw-clamp retention. This connector mates directly with the Kollmorgen S724 drive type, so an intermediate adapter block is not required. The motor end is left unterminated, allowing the appropriate connector or cable gland to be selected for the motor housing and enclosure arrangement. This termination format also supports installations in which the cable enters a terminal compartment directly rather than through a prefitted circular connector.
