The CS-SS-RHGAHBE-20 is a Kollmorgen servo power-feedback cable produced for the Kollmorgen Servo Cables series. In multi-axis automation cells it forms the fixed link between AKM or similar servomotors and matching Kollmorgen amplifiers, carrying motor phases, brake conductors, resolver signals, and a thermostat pair in one shielded bundle so installers can reduce cabinet penetration counts and field wiring time.

This cable is approved for Kollmorgen drives in the S603-S610 range and is supplied in a factory-terminated length of 20 m; systems that demand extended reach may route the same construction up to 75 m before signal quality limits are reached. The integral resolver interface is a Resolver type, so analog Sin, Cos, and reference channels travel beside the motor conductors without needing separate conduits. Eight power-shell contacts—8 in total—accommodate the three phase leads, the protective earth, and the brake supply. Brake conductors terminate on pins A and B, and the brake circuit is wired with Non-Polarized orientation, allowing either lead to be tied to 24 V or common without altering function. Twelve contacts in the mating feedback shell support resolver and thermal wiring, matching Kollmorgen’s resolver connector requirement.

Pin assignments follow a clear matrix to ease field diagnostics: phase U exits on pin 1, phase V on pin 4, and phase W on pin 3, while the protective earth is fixed to pin 2 (PE). Resolver Cos signals occupy pin set 4 Lo / 8 Hi; Sin channels route through 7 Lo and 3 Hi; reference signals use 9 Lo and 5 Hi. Brake monitoring is complemented by the thermostat loop on pins 2 and 6, permitting over-temperature trips at the drive end without auxiliary harnesses. The layout ensures every current-carrying and feedback path is uniquely keyed, minimizing cross-connection risk during commissioning.
