The CFH0A1-002-003-00 is an encoder cable designed by Kollmorgen automation to communicate digital signals between the feedback units and drive controllers. It is not delivered with drive controllers or motor units as a standard and has to be separately ordered by customers that require them. The total length of this encoder cable is estimated to be about 3 meters. The motor end of this cable is equipped with an EMC connector; at the amplifier end, there is a 15-pole socket. This cable is the perfect choice for customers who operate in environments with high ambient temperatures; it can function perfectly in temperatures as low as -30 degrees Celsius and as high as 80 degrees Celsius. The cable is also shielded and sheathed according to the specifications of DIN 47100. The maximum permissible cable length is about 50 meters; however, this will require appropriate shielding by operators to prevent interference.

The CFH0A1-002-003-00 encoder cable has a bend radius of approximately <90 millimeters>> during movement; for static operation, this bend radius reduces to about 60 millimeters.
