Product Description:
The CCNNN1-025-03M00-00 is a servo hybrid cable produced by Kollmorgen within the Kollmorgen Servo Cables series. It is intended for motion-control installations that combine drive power and real-time fieldbus traffic in a single jacket, simplifying routing through machine frames and articulated robots. By supporting both power delivery and high-speed communication, the cable maintains coordinated operation between AKD-N drives and distributed controllers. This function is important in tightly coupled industrial automation systems where available space is limited and wiring complexity must be minimized.
The assembly has an outer diameter of 11 mm, allowing placement in standard energy chains without excessive fill ratios. Its terminated length of 3 m suits short runs from cabinet walls to moving axes. The cable has a hybrid construction, meaning the motor conductors and data pairs share the same sheath. Its internal layers carry EtherCAT and power simultaneously, eliminating the need for separate Ethernet cables. The copper conductors use a 3 × 2.5 + (2 × 0.25) + (2 × 0.25) mm² layout; the three 2.5 mm² cores carry continuous motor current, while four 0.25 mm² cores form two twisted pairs for differential signals and auxiliary voltage. This arrangement provides low-impedance power paths and controlled-impedance data lanes, helping servo loops remain stable during demanding operating cycles.
The molded connectors link AKD-N X1 to AKD-N X2 and lock with standard bayonet couplings. Each core is insulated with PETP, which provides dielectric strength and resists deformation under sustained thermal loads. A minimum dynamic bend radius of 125 mm helps prevent conductor fatigue when the cable moves in drag-chain applications. The outer jacket is made from PUR, providing abrasion resistance and protection against common coolants. The cable has a service life of 10 million bending cycles under the applicable operating conditions. Its total drop length can be extended to 25 m when voltage-drop calculations permit, providing additional routing flexibility in line-mounted drive systems.
