Product Description:
The BH-826-D-41 is a brushless device that features permanent magnets in the rotor and a three-phase winding integrated into the stator. The motor is also able to undergo a continuous start-stop operation at a high repeat frequency while maintaining a low operation inertia. The housing design of the BH-826-D-41 motor is IM B5 according to DIN 42959; this design allows operators to install the motor in any vertical or horizontal position.
The motor is also equipped with a resolver, which functions as its feedback unit. The connectors suited for this motor include a EMV-RES connector; this connector features a socket with up to 12 poles. The motor also requires a RES shielded cable with a diameter of about 4 x2 x 0.25 millimeters square. The power connection of this motor occurs through an M5 screw connector in the terminal box. The mating connector is not included in the motor's delivery package. There is no holding brake installed with this motor; however, it is able to maintain an extremely accurate operation due to its integrated two-pole hollow-shaft resolver. The flange of this motor belongs to the tolerance class N according to DIN 42955, the motor it also is also classified under the Vibration class N.
The BH-826-D-41 contains ball bearings that support loads connected to its output shaft and is able to maintain optimum operation for about 20,000 hours.
