The BH-622-A-43-B3 is a remarkable Goldline brushless servomotor designed and engineered by Kollmorgen under the BH series. With its powerful resolver feedback and compact motor housing, it is perfect for applications requiring high continuous torque. The BH-622-A-43-B3’s square frame employs a built-in thermostat and an interior permanent magnet, which allows the rotor to achieve very low cogging during operation. This servomotor also has a standard terminal box and supports a nominal AC voltage of 480 V. Compared to its MH counterpart, the BH-622-A-43-B3 is part of the low-inertia series. Like other BH motors, this servomotor meets CE and UL requirements.
As part of the Goldline BH series by Kollmorgen, the BH-622-A-43-B3 features velocity and digital position control. Its position generator can be used to evaluate the sinusoidal acceleration of the rotor during operation. The I/O interface for this motor supports various motion tasking functions. To establish seamless communication, the BH-622-A-43-B3 employs built-in CANOpen support. At standstill conditions, this servomotor can achieve a peak stall torque of 40 Nm or 354 lb-in. At the same operating conditions, the motor typically achieves a continuous stall torque of 14.6 Nm or 129 lb-in. To operate this servomotor to the best of its capabilities, it is recommended to use S606 drive models by Kollmorgen.
