Its brushless design also avoids mechanical commutation wear and supports stable response during repeated acceleration and stopping cycles.

The mechanical envelope is kept compact at 236.2 mm overall length, so the unit fits crowded machine layouts while still providing adequate rotor inertia. Centering on an 80 mm pilot registers the housing to the gearbox or mounting plate, and a 14 mm shaft diameter transmits drive torque to couplings without excess deflection. A minimum shaft extension of 19.8 mm allows full engagement with the 5 mm key, while the bolt circle of 100 mm aligns the four M5 × 0.8 mounting holes that accept screws to a 10.0 mm thread depth.
