The B-402-C-29-023 is a low inertia servo motor that is used for highly precise, speed, and position control in modern industries. The motor is from the GOLDLINE series produced by the company. It can produce a // kW power and has a peak current of // Amps. With a top speed of // rpm, this model can generate a // Nm continuous torque. This motor is also capable of static parking and emergency braking. The electromagnetic fail-safe brake can provide an 8 Nm holding torque. The motor has compact dimensions and can be easily installed. Despite compact dimensions, the motor can produce a high amount of torque because of its significant torque advantage. The motor comes with IP 65 standard protection against dust particles, oils, and water jets.
The IP 65 standard protection can be extended by using a specially designed IP 67 standard sealing. The sealing can sustain 5 psi pressure underwater for up to 30 minutes. The B-402-C-29-023 is provided with a direct-coupled brushless resolver that is protected by the motor’s outer enclosure. The resolver works in conjunction with a corrective feedback system that detects errors and adjusts motion parameters in real-time. The motor's basic configuration can be extended by the use of mating connectors and front-mounted gearheads. With a DC tachometer, the users can control the system's motion even at low speeds. The motor’s tachometer has a 0.6% average to peak voltage ripple. Because of a low inertia motor, this model gives excellent performance in areas where high acceleration rates are required.
