The B-104-A-22 belongs to the GOLDLINE series and comes with the top of the line SERVOSTAR digital amplifier. The amplifier operates in conjunction with the motor's resolver, accurately determines the resolver's position at every instant and generates suitable signals for controlling the motor’s speed and position.
The motor produces a 0.90 kW power and has a top speed of 7500 rpm. At top speed, the motor is able to deliver 4.38 Nm torque. The most prominent feature of this motor is its low value of the rotor’s moment of inertia. This allows the motor to cope with instant acceleration/deceleration and deliver uncompromised performance. Furthermore, the rare earth neodymium magnetic material is used in the motor’s permanent magnets. The neodymium magnets have a high energy density and a are considered the best magnets can be purchased off the shelf. In standstill mode, a 1.55 Nm torque can be applied to the motor’s output shaft. The motor operates at 9 A peak current and its weight is just 3.2 kg. The B-104-A-22 is designed in a way that protects the enclosure and sensitive parts.
