The KBM Brushless Motors series is a family of frameless permanent-magnet brushless motors designed for direct integration into machine assemblies where the rotor is supported by the machine’s own bearing system.
The series spans a wide range of motor diameters, bore sizes, and stack lengths, allowing it to serve applications from compact motion axes to larger direct-drive systems with much higher torque requirements. Across the range, performance varies by winding and frame size, with continuous stall torque starting at relatively low levels and extending into high-torque configurations for demanding duty cycles. The motors are available in multiple winding options for different supply classes, and their electrical characteristics support careful matching to the drive and overall axis design.
