Kollmorgen designed and manufactured the DSA series of digital servo drives as an inventive drive system solution with universal applications. Drives in this series are highly flexible and adaptable to different systems for improved functionality and excellent results. The DSA 015-230-P is a drive model in this series, and it weighs 2.1 kg. It is an optional positioning drive that can save up to 64 index moves in its internal memory for single-axis motion control.
There are 8 inputs, 4 outputs, and 1 relay output on the DSA 015-230-P. Its single-phase AC voltage supply ranges between 100 V and 240 V. The input frequency for this voltage is within the range of 47 – 63 Hz. It can absorb up to 125 Joules of energy at 115 V AC input and 51 Joules at 230 V AC input.
