The system is capable of functioning as an analog input velocity servo, variable speed drive, master encoder follower, and stepper drive replacement. The system is based on Windows based DSA Pro software that improves machine productivity. This model can be configured for a variety of command sources including step and direction, master encoder following, pre-set positions, torques or velocities. The device is also able to drive brushless motors with a simple set-up.
The DS130 is a flexible drive system with the ability to integrate with various motor types. Users can optimize the motor/drive system based on their requirements. The required motor type file can be selected in the system which then automatically configures the motor. The Windows-based DSA software comes with a comprehensive diagnostics suit and allows quick troubleshooting. When using this drive system, it is possible to set-up off -line drive configuration and tuning parameters and saves them to disk. This drive system excels at speed control operations because of its advanced speed control algorithms. This model comes with multiple feedback options including incremental encoder, multiturn absolute encoder, and single turn high resolution encoder. The drive system has been constructed with an advanced design that has a leading edge velocity loop bandwidth.
