Product Description:

Kollmorgen is known for its reliability in the international market. The company manufactures drive controllers, servo amplifiers, and a wide range of industrial automation equipment.

The digifas 7112 model is highly recommended by our international clients due to its high performance under extreme working conditions. The unit is a servo amplifier manufactured to control the functions of an AC brushless synchronous servo motor. The servo amplifier should only be operated by a highly qualified person and it is suggested to be mounted in the switchgear cabinet of at least IP54 protection standard. The module operates at the 3-phase AC 80 – 400 V industrial power supply with ±10% augmentation. The unit is a standard design and is widely used in various industrial applications such as robotics, machine tools, and handling systems. The servo amplifier can operate at the rated connected load of 7 kVA and the continuous current supplied by the module is 12 Arms. The model comes with an internal ballast circuit that dissipates the continuous power of 200 W and an external ballast resistor is also placed with the regenerated power of 2000 W. An external power switch is also attached to the module. The module must be installed vertically in the switchgear control cabinet of minimum allowable clearance.

The model digifas 7112 comes with a built-in resolver and it also provides a connection to the motor holding brake. The power pulse of the ballast circuit is 10.4 kW for a maximum of 1 second. The form factor of the output current is 1.01. It can ideally operate a synchronous motor of a minimum 3.5 mH winding inductivity. The maximum allowable temperature for this servo amplifier is +55 degree Celsius, with a 20% reduction in rated data. The model can be supplied by the Wake Industrial along with a user manual.
