This top-of-the-line step motor is designed and produced with several patented enhancing features that subsequently improve machine production. These patented enhancing features include a magnetic design, cooling technology, as well as rugged bearings. These aspects of the step motor are essential to allow the unit to support high torque. In addition to high torque, the CTP32NLS58KAA00 step motor is compatible with insulation systems that are high voltage in nature and can comfortably support a high mechanical load. Further, the CTP32NLS58KAA00 is universal to all drives. Due to the unit’s patented enhancing torque magnets that are installed within the motor’s stator, the torque of the motor can be increased by 25%. This high torque can also be supported no matter the operating speed of the machine. Moreover, these stator-contained magnets allow the motor to be paired with smaller drives and even power supplies.

The patented enhancing magnetic design of the motor is essential. However, the motor’s rugged bearings, cooling shell, and high voltage insulation are just as important. In order for the step motor to handle high currents and high torque ratings, an aluminum cooling shell and endcaps must be utilized. The use of this cooling shell also allows heat to escape the unit efficiently and quickly. In order to circumvent the use of joints and gaps, high voltage insulation is used. This high voltage insulation encases the motor’s stator. The patented enhancing technology that is used within the CTP32NLS58KAA00 step motor allows the unit to be considerably compact in nature while maintaining the device’s efficiency.
