The CTM22NLF12NAA00 comes from the series of Cool Torque Maximum Series. It features a frame size of 23 / 5.7 cm with a 2 stack option. This series of motors has been customized to meet maximum torque requirements at higher efficiency. Designed to meet heavy-duty requirements, the stepper motor has a wide enough operating temperature range from -20oC to +40 oC. It’s a two-phase motor with a minimum step size of 1.8o at a step accuracy of 3%. 

The CTM22NLF12NAA00 belongs to the insulation class B having 200 full steps per revolution. It is rated to run at 1500 rpm for 20,000 hours at a shaft load of 9kg at the center of the shaft. To ensure efficient heavy-duty performance, it features heavy-duty bearings making it highly compatible with lead screws. This step motor has four windings with a winding current of 1 Amp. The round shaft makes it easier to mount the motor with most loads. It features standard NEMA through holes for mounting and thanks to its compact size, it can be placed in smaller areas where heavy-duty performance is needed. This model doesn’t have a rear mounting option and it is a standard motor with lead type connections. Safe, secure and easy to mount, the CTM22NLF12NAA00 is RoHS compliant and an effective solution for industrial-grade stepping operations.
