The CTP20NLS13NAA00 is one of the various step motors from Kollmorgen under the Cool Torque Performance category. The RoHS compliant motor features Class B insulation at 130°C. The unit has 100 megaohms insulation resistance and 340VDC insulation voltage rating. It encompasses heavy-duty bearings that can be used with leadscrews. The compact device has 1.62 inches maximum length. The large bearings support both high thrust radial and side loading axial shaft loads.
The short stack length, Size 23 step motor, features a unipolar rating with six leads. The motor has 1.3ADC current rating and operates between -20°C and +40°C. The standard motor encompasses two DC energized windings or phases. The speed and position of the device can be controlled with precision and ease by reversing the current in both windings. The unit makes use of aluminum end-caps and a shell to remove the heat from the motor at a rapid rate. It has a 1.8° step angle and +/-3% step accuracy.
