The CTP12ELS13MAA00 is a hybrid stepper motor manufactured by Kollmorgen for the CT Stepper Motors series and is part of the Cool Torque Performance Series. It delivers open-loop incremental motion for indexing tables, label applicators, and other compact automation axes that require repeatable positioning without encoder feedback. The design supports high torque density in a small housing and provides a direct-drive solution that reduces mechanical complexity and maintenance.

The motor uses a Size 17 / 4.2 cm frame with English-threaded mounting holes and a 22.0 mm pilot for registration. Electrical power is supplied through six color-coded leads, allowing series or parallel wiring, with a continuous phase current of 1.3 A DC. The copper windings have a resistance of 4.13 Ohms and an inductance of 3.9 mH, which influence current rise time and suitable microstepping rates. At 5.3 VDC, the winding insulation is rated for 80 VDC and maintains 100 MΩ to ground. The detent torque is 0.021 N·m, and the motor can accept axial loads of 6 lb push or 15 lb pull, with a radial load capacity of 15 lbs (6.8 kg) at the shaft center.
