This allows precise positioning, velocity regulation, and electronic gearing in automated machinery. The integrated format is useful in compact machines where coordinated multi-axis motion is required without a separate external control rack.
This unit controls 2 axes and accepts up to 2300 VA of single-phase power at 115 VAC. Under steady load, it delivers a continuous phase current of 5 A, while short bursts can reach 10 A during acceleration or shock loading. This current range supports normal running conditions as well as brief demand spikes created by rapid index moves or abrupt load changes. Drive-to-host communication over the auxiliary port is fixed at 9600 baud. Eight discrete inputs and eight discrete outputs are available; each input draws 12 mA when active, and each output can sink 100 mA for relays or indicators.
