Product Description:

The AKMH64K-ACKNCA1K motor unit provide industrial engineers with unprecedented flexibility and durability in the servo system. It a compact enclosure design, it is able to easily supply the high power demands of high-performance machines used in servo systems. The strong IP65 housing of this servo motor unit ensures smooth operating in the toughest environments. Compared to other motor series in the same class, this product has no rival, it able to deliver up to 47 per cent more torque while maintaining a relatively low current consumption. The drive controller built to be used in combination with this servo motor is the AKD controller series. This drive controller will immediately recognize and integrate with the motor unit as soon as it is plugged in. Controllers from third-party manufacturers should be avoided. The AKMH64K-ACKNCA1K is also designed to automatically compensate for stiff and compliant transmissions in the servo system.

The AKMH64K-ACKNCA1K servo motor transmits torque through its strong output shaft that is equipped with a holding brake. The operation efficiency level of this state-of-the-art device is as high as 90 per cent. To maintain its characteristic accuracy, a smart-feedback device has been integrated into the motor to provide the drive controller with information about the speed and position of the motor at a resolution of 24-bits. The maximum voltage requirement for this servo motor is about 480 volts, its peak current is also estimated to be about 49.5 amperes.

The AKMH64K-ACKNCA1K is able to reach a peak speed of 6000 revolutions per minute and deliver a torque level of 59.7 newton meters. During the operation of this motor unit, ambient temperature should be maintained between -20 and 40 degrees Celsius.
