The AKMH53P-ACKNCA1K is produced by Kollmorgen as part of the AKMH Stainless Servomotors series. Designed as a hygienic stainless-steel washdown motor, it provides closed-loop torque and velocity control for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical machinery. A pre-assembled cable mates directly with AKD drives, and the Smart Feedback Device (SFD3) encoder supplies position data at 11-bit resolution for accurate indexing and speed regulation without an integrated brake.

Electrical performance centers on a continuous stall current of 16.13 Arms, enabling a continuous stall torque of 8.57 N·m at the stator temperature limit. When rapid acceleration is required, the drive may deliver a peak stall current of 57.3 Arms to reach 28.22 N·m of peak torque. The winding resistance is 0.28 Ω, while an inductance of 1.33 mH shapes current rise time and affects drive tuning.
