The AKMH52M-ACKNCA1K is a hygienic stainless-steel servomotor produced by Kollmorgen within the AKMH Stainless Servomotors series. It is a hygienic stainless steel washdown motor used on motion axes in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical automation lines where high-pressure cleaning is routine and bacterial contamination must be avoided. Position data are returned through an 11-bit Smart Feedback Device encoder on a factory-calibrated pre-assembled cable for AKD drives, and the motor uses frame code AKMH5 with rotor length 2.

Electrically, the motor delivers a continuous stall torque of 6.7 N·m while drawing a continuous stall current of 11.1 Arms without overheating. A torque constant of 0.61 N·m/Arms links commanded current from an AKD drive to output torque, and the windings operate from a 240 VAC supply. The rated mechanical output reaches 4500 rpm, which supports high-speed servo operation on compact process equipment. Rotor inertia is 0.000622 kg·m² to support responsive acceleration, while the electrical characteristics include 2.5 mH of inductance and 0.51 Ω of resistance.
