A smooth stainless housing and an IEC flange mount allow direct installation against gearboxes or machine frames, supporting precise closed-loop control in wet or caustic zones where frequent sanitation is required.

Its enclosure carries an IP69K rating, meaning pressurized high-temperature water does not compromise internal components during washdown cycles. The housing is machined from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel, a low-carbon alloy chosen for chloride resistance. A 148 mm IEC flange aligns with standard plant hardware, and a 110 mm pilot seats the motor concentrically to reduce vibration. Position data is provided by a Smart Feedback Device (SFD3) encoder that transmits multi-turn information at 11-bit resolution to the matching drive through a single hybrid connector.
