This motor is powered by servo amplifiers in the SERVOSTAR series, which regulate speed control and torque. When installed, this motor plays a vital role during the operation of the electrical automation systems. You must never connect the AKM31E-ANCNR-00 motor to the mains supply. You should always closely monitor and evaluate the thermal contact that is located in the motor windings.
Inside this servomotor, you will find a permanent magnet that is positioned in the rotor. Integrated into its design is the infrequent earth neodymium-iron-boron magnetic material, which performs the role of making sure the motor’s operations are always dynamic and functional. This motor also features a three-phase winding which is powered by a servo amplifier located in the stator. Additionally, it does not incorporate brushes because the servo amplifier communicates with the motor via electronic communication.
The temperature sensors of the AKM31E-ANCNR-00 motor are located in the stator windings monitor the winding temperatures where signaling is carried out by an electrically isolated thermistor. Furthermore, this motor has a pre-installed resolver that performs the role of a standard feedback element.
This motor also comes with servo amplifiers, which usually perform the role of analyzing the resolver’s position as well as delivering sinusoidal currents to the motor. It is impossible to retrofit the alternative feedback system, and this usually causes a change in the motor’s length. Moreover, the AKM31E-ANCNR-00 motor comes wither installed with or without a built-in brake, so it is impossible to retrofit this brake. Finally, the standard features integrated into this motor are a feedback unit, protective device, insulation material class, shaft end, and a flange.
