The AKM11B-ANC2R-00 is a reliable brushless servomotor from the house of Kollmorgen, which is known for manufacturing premium-class products. The motor is easy to commission and use with plug-and-play recognition. The device must be driven by an AKD servo drive under speed and/or torque control. The product is designed for drives that are used in equipment that require a high level of stability and dynamics. The servomotor has B type winding and a smooth shaft. The unit is equipped with ball bearings which should be replaced after 20,000 hours of operation under rated conditions. A resolver is built into the AKM servomotor as a standard feedback element. A SERVOSTAR servo amplifier used evaluates the resolver position and supplies sinusoidal currents to the motor. The motor is enameled in matt black. It should be noted that this finish is not resistant to solvents like trichloroethylene and nitro-thinners. The standstill torque of the device is 0.18 Nm, and its standstill current is 1.16 A. The unit has a maximum mains voltage of 230 VAC. The device has a flange size of 40 mm and a rotor length of 1. The servomotor portrays standard customization. It is crucial to make sure that the housing of the AKM servomotor is earthed safely to the PE busbar in the switch cabinet. Low-resistance earthing is required to ensure personal protection.
