By presenting machine status and accepting commands, the terminal connects PLC logic with operators, supporting startup, recipe selection, and alarm acknowledgment tasks. Its display uses LCD technology to present a monochrome dot matrix of 160 × 32 pixels behind a protective window. Although the palette is limited to black and white, contrast remains consistent because the screen uses a durable backlit display module that provides even illumination across the active area. The visual arrangement is optimized for status words, bar indicators, and simple icons while keeping processing overhead minimal.
