The AKI-CDT-MOD-06T-000 is a human-machine interface panel in the AKI Interface Panels series from Kollmorgen. Designed for flush mounting on machine enclosures, it combines operator push buttons, indicator lamps, and parameter screens in a single touchscreen interface that reduces the need for separate pilot devices on the door. Within an automation line, the unit exchanges data with motion controllers and drives, giving operators immediate visual feedback and allowing process variables to be adjusted without opening the cabinet. This layout makes the panel suitable for routine machine interaction, status review, and menu-based control from the front of the enclosure.
Electrical integration uses a 24 V DC nominal supply protected internally by a 2.0 AT, 5 × 20 mm fuse, and the panel draws up to 0.4 A during operation. Communication with supervisory networks is available through a shielded RJ45 connector that supports 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet. The display is a TFT-LCD measuring 5.7 in diagonally and provides 320 × 240 px resolution on a 320 × 240-pixel raster.
