The AKD-P04807-NCAN-0000 is a modular industrial drive controller designed by Kollmorgen specifically for synchronous motor designs such as the AKD motor series. This controller carries out the accurate control of the speed, position, torque and general operation of the synchronous motor according to pre-determined configuration parameters. Before the controller is delivered, it is tested and certified to meet the highest standards of operation efficiency and safety, the controller is also covered with a 12 month warranty. The AKD-P04807-NCAN-0000 industrial controller is intended to be integrated into electrical plants or machines and can only be operated as integral components of these plants or machines. Under ideal operating conditions, this controller can maintain optimum operation for more than five years without the need for any repair operation. The AKD-P04807-NCAN-0000 industrial controller is designed according to the IP20 protection, however it is still compulsory to install the controller into a closed control cabinet that provides additional protection and maintains a suitable ambient temperature around the controller during operation. Ventilation or cooling may be necessary to keep the temperature within the cabinet below 40 degree Celsius.
