Product Description
The AKD-P00607-NBEC-I000 is a servo controller designed by Kollmorgento provide accurate control of synchronous, induction, and linear motors. The drive provides reliable closed-loop control of the torque, speed, and position of connected motors. The drive is an IP20 device that requires proper installation in a closed control cabinet, and it also requires a three-phase industrial power supply network. Customers who do not have access to three-phase supplies can use other supply networks, although this will require the use of an additional isolating transformer. The AKD-P00607-NBEC-I000 is not suited for use in explosive areas, ships, or environments with corrosive acids or alkaline solutions.
An integrated EMC filter is installed with this controller to reduce electrical interference during its operation. Also, the noise immunity requirement of this product is according to the 2nd environmental category. The AKD-P00607-NBEC-I000 is integrated with a Certified “Safe Torque Off” function, which is suited for use in SIL2 according to IEC 62061; this safety feature prevents servo motors connected to the drive from restarting unexpectedly. The input current rating of this product is about 6 amperes, and it also operates with a voltage rating between 240 and about 480 volts.
The AKD-P00607-NBEC-I000 does not have any extension option; however it features an Ether CAT communication option. The temperature in the drive and the connected motor is accurately monitored by the product, which significantly minimizes the risk of overheating in the servo system. The product also provides protection against soft-start, overvoltage detection, short-circuit protection, and phase failure monitoring. The inputs and output interfaces in this product include a programmable analogue output, one programmable analogue input, seven digital inputs and about two digital outputs. The parameter setting for this product can be done through the setup software workbench installed on a PC.
