The AKD-P00306-NAEC-0000 digital drive belongs to the AKD series and is a highly functional platform for assisting motion control operations. The AKD-P00306-NAEC-0000 falls in the category of position indexer drives that allow motion across multiple axes. The motion across different axes can be regulated simultaneously with this AKD drive. Furthermore, the user has complete freedom to make decisions and process input/output with the help of this drive. The drive also allows adding custom time delays during motion and programming the drive process variables in accordance with the base drive requirements. The drive comes with proper insulation and electrical isolation for a safe distance between power connections and signal electronics.

The AKD-P00306-NAEC-0000 comes with a dynamic braking feature. Dynamic braking helps to dissipate mechanical energy and slow down the servo system as and when required. The dynamic braking feature activates automatically when the drive shorts specific motor terminals that generate force but keeps on operating the current loop that doesn’t produce force. The AKD-P00306-NAEC-0000 can operate with a single or three-phase supply and requires a voltage in the range of 120 V to 480 V. In addition, the drive comes with an onboard TCP/IP service channel and a safe torque off (STO) feature. The safe torque off feature is in accordance with the IEC standards and prevents the motor from receiving extra torque.
