The AKD-B01206-NBSQ-0000 Kollmorgen base servo drive is designed for use in industrial environments. The servo drive is extremely easy to use with its unique advanced autotuning feature. Its software WorkBench features an intuitive graphical interface that facilitates easy setup, efficient programming, and straightforward troubleshooting. The continuous output power of the unit is 4000 Watts. The peak time of the device is 5 seconds and its update rate is 1.5 MHz. The servo drive assists in system optimization with its SynqNet connectivity option. It doesn’t have any extension options. The drive has a built-in advanced braking mode that operates fully in hardware. This dynamic braking method slows down the drive by dissipating the mechanical energy which is driven by the motor back EMF. For wiring purposes, only copper conductors must be used. The voltage rating of the unit is 120/240 VAC. The drive can be connected using 1-phase or 3-phase industrial supply networks. It features a rated output current of 12 A with +/-3% RMS value. The minimum motor inductance of the drive is 0.5 mH at 120 V and 1 mH at 240 V. The device is free from any sort of hazardous substances. The unit has a Safe Torque Off digital input with a single-channel operating mode. Only professional staff who are qualified in electrical engineering must install the drive. The power supply and the drive should be assembled near each other on the grounded conductive mounting plate in the cabinet. Green colored wires with yellow stripes must be used only for protective earth wiring. The drive should be installed and wired only when it is not live.
