The ACD3610-W1 is an advanced super drive built to ensure the accurate operation of electrical motor units used in industrial applications. During operation, this super drive utilizes the AC flux vector control, which offers customers advantages like precise speed and torque control, improved dynamic response, and a significantly high efficiency compared to conventional control devices. Customers can also program the drive to meet the operation requirement of the motor design and industrial machine it is to be operated with. There is a closed loop speed regulator provided for this super drive; this regulator significantly increases the adaptability of the drive to changing operation conditions. It also makes it more suited for applications requiring precise and reliable speed regulation.
The ACD3610-W1 supper drive is not limited to a single operation direction; it can control motor acceleration and deceleration in both forward and reverse directions without using a direction contactor. Unlike other industrial applications, this unit is not affected by overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature conditions. Its compact housing unit is also able to protect it from large foreign solids that will otherwise interfere with its operation.
