The KEB Z1 21.Z1.F04-1005 Sine Wave EMC Filter is designed to offer optimal performance and durability across industrial processes. It has Voltage Classes of 230 V and 480 V with an efficiency of over 99%, enabling effective usage of energy with minimal losses. It also has a broad permissible voltage range, varying from 188V to 253V for the 230 V systems and from 432 V to 528V for the 480 V systems, which means that the filter is suitable for systems with different voltages. Its flexibility to work at 60Hz mains frequency makes it suitable for various industrial conditions.
This filter is designed for rough environments. It has an overload capability of 150% for 60 seconds within 10 minutes with reference to EN 60146-1-1 duty class
standards. It can also be utilized to provide a stable voltage level in overload or voltage increase conditions that can cause damage to the filter. The value of the power factor of about 0.99 shows that in any working conditions of the filter, even in the case of overloads exceeding 55% of the rated current, it effectively reduces the level of reactive power and consumption. Further, the total harmonic distortion of current (THDI) is restricted to 8% which prevents a distorted power supply.
