The 15.Z1-C04-1002 sine wave EMC filter is part of the Z1 Sine Wave EMC Filters series manufactured by KEB. This passive component is installed between an inverter and an AC motor to smooth the PWM output, reduce electromagnetic emissions, and protect motor winding insulation in industrial automation systems. Acting as a link element, it helps the motor receive a cleaner sinusoidal voltage waveform that supports stable torque production and smoother operation.
The filter is rated for 25.2 A of continuous line current, allowing it to be paired with medium-frame motors driven by KEB inverters. Its cabinet layout includes a 291 mm width and 285 mm depth, leaving room for placement around the heat-dissipating core. A stacked frame height of 208 mm keeps the unit within standard 300 mm panel rows while accommodating the ferrite geometry used to attenuate high-frequency voltage edges.
