Its role is to regulate motor output during repeated starts, stops, and speed changes in automated equipment.
Operational parameters are tailored for installations that use a mains input of 230 V AC or AC/DC. The control section includes 5 digital inputs that use PNP logic and accept limit switches or enable lines, while one analog channel provides speed reference flexibility. All configured inputs are polled every 1 ms, giving tight coordination with motion tasks. Pulse-width modulation is generated at 8 kHz, and an external 24 V supply sustains the control board during power dips. The external control supply keeps the low-voltage electronics separated from the mains domain.
The drive uses housing type A, which gives consistent mechanical dimensions and airflow paths for panel design. A factory-installed braking transistor absorbs regenerated energy, allowing high-inertia loads to stop without external braking hardware.
