Product Description:
The G7.56.100-3469 is an axis drive module produced by KEB as part of the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It conditions incoming AC power and delivers regulated voltage and frequency to matched motors, making it suitable for coordinated motion tasks in automated assembly, conveying, and packaging equipment. This arrangement allows the drive to support controlled acceleration, stable running speed, and repeatable axis response during machine operation.
The inverter is designed for a three-phase line supply and accepts an input voltage of 380/400/415 V AC at 50/60 Hz ±2. Internally, it handles line variations from 305 to 455 V AC, while a high-line option extends acceptance to 440/460 V supplies and an operating range of 305 to 500 V AC. During nominal operation, the power section draws a rated current of 2.7 A and has an apparent power of 1.9 kVA. After conversion, the output stage provides a phase-isolated voltage range of 3 x 0 to U Mains, which supports precise motor flux control without additional transformers. The circuitry is sized for 1.5 mm² conductors, and a UVW encoder interface is available for direct resolver-less position feedback, while a TTL auxiliary signal channel supplies incremental pulses to external controllers.
The drive can operate motors rated at 0.75 kW and is protected on the supply side by a 10 A mains fuse. Its housing carries an IP00 enclosure rating, so it must be installed inside a closed electrical cabinet that provides touch protection and proper airflow. Reliable function is maintained up to 3000 m above sea level, and current derating is required beyond that altitude. This open design also requires the surrounding cabinet to provide protection from accidental contact and airborne contamination.
