The KEB F5 Combivert Axis Drive, E2.F5.S1D-33EA, is intended to provide robust, versatile control for a variety of industrial applications.

It is designed to effectively manage both asynchronous three-phase motors as well as synchronous servo motors, which allows the model to be extremely adaptable for a variety of mechanical and plant engineering assignments. Compatible with applications up to 900 kW, it comes in 230, 480, and 690 VAC classes for smooth integration with different power supply systems. It has a flexible and scalable modular design which is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Safe Torque Off (STO) functionality is included that improves operation safety by preventing undesired motor start-up. It has a high-speed output of up to 2000 Hz and is capable of high-frequency motor operations, meeting the performance demands. Multiple cooling options, such as fan and liquid cooling, are efficiently used to satisfy most of the operating environments. The IP20 protection rating of the drive means that it is suitable for use indoors and under dry conditions. It supports various encoder types including Incremental TTL/HTL, Resolver, BiSS, EnDat, and Hiperface for accurate feedback and control.

The software has U/f control, brake handling, and DC braking, and can run with customizable parameters for individual operation. It also has RS485/232 interfaces for easy diagnostics and programming. It also has very wide protection against overcurrent, voltage variations, and extreme temperatures so performance under all conditions is always reliable. The E2.F5.S1D-33EA meets the criteria of CE and cULus thus conforming to international quality and safety standards.
