By combining drive control, feedback processing, and an internal braking transistor, the unit serves as a compact power interface for automated conveyors, packaging equipment, and indexing tables. A resolver connection through a 15-pin Sub-D port lets the control section track shaft position continuously so the motor can respond accurately during starts, speed changes, and stopping cycles.
The analog control channel samples incoming process values at a resolution of 12-bit, and each sample is refreshed every 1 ms to support stable loop response. When the drive generates an analog status signal, its pulse-width-modulated stage switches at 3.4 kHz, and the resulting voltage image is reconstructed with the same conversion depth for consistent signal handling.
