The 27.F5.AAU-YVG0 is an axis drive module produced by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. This unit functions as a power stage that regulates the speed and torque of three-phase motors in automated machinery. It is equipped with a Standard Board control section and comes without an encoder feedback card or internal option cards, so it is intended for basic velocity and torque loops controlled by an external system. A U-coded housing form factor allows the drive to slide into a standard F5 rack, and the housing is intended for installation inside a control cabinet where forced air helps keep contaminants away from live parts.
The drive provides a rated apparent power of 208 kVA, drawing a three-phase input current of 330 A at 400 V and supplying the motor section with a rated output current of 300 A. Under these conditions, the connected machine can receive continuous mechanical output of 160 kW. Cabinet protection can be arranged with a 450 A mains fuse, while the electronic overcurrent trip monitors a 450 A threshold to protect the semiconductors.
